Guests can book directly through your website. You'll receive instant notifications for new bookings. You can choose between two booking models:
  • Instant Book: Guests can book and pay immediately, with payments processed instantly via Stripe and deposited directly into your bank account.
  • Approval-Based Bookings: Guests request specific dates, and you have the option to approve before payment is processed.

What payment options are available for my guests?

Your website supports secure payments through Stripe, accepting all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Instant payouts are available to all major banks via Stripe.

  • Hosts can cancel guest reservations at any time from their property dashboard
  • When a host cancels a reservation, the guest will automatically receive a full refund
  • If a guest needs to modify their stay, hosts should ask them to cancel and rebook for the new dates

While we don't support direct modification of existing reservations, the cancel-and-rebook process ensures clear communication and accurate booking records for both parties.
